We only set cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and remember your in-app preferences (selected company, selected site, interface language). These cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), so we don't show a consent banner.

The worker onboarding form caches the worker's in-progress form values in their browser's localStorage so they can resume after closing the tab. The cached values are cleared when the worker submits the final step or when a new onboarding link is opened on the same device.
